Very friendly staff, from valet to front desk. Helpful, engaging and fun. The hotel is elegantly decorated keeping the integrity of the age of the building while making it current in design.
The only complaint would be the coffee in the lobby in the morning was weak and tasted terrible. But it was nice they offered it. There are many spots in the area to grab a decent cup of coffee so it wasn’t so bad.
Go and enjoy. It’s a great value

This hotel is a hidden gem. Excellent service, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Close enough to walk to tourist attractions but far enough away to be in a quiet area. The rooms are small, but very well appointed and comfortable. Love the illy espresso machine for a quick pick me up! The rooftop deck was an unexpected treat for quiet outdoor time. The free water bottles and the purified water machine on our floor was great! We used it often!

Another great stay, really love the flowers, intimate and welcoming atmosphere of the main room. Appreciate the clean rooms, illy coffee, Art of Tea, happy hour and coffee/tea downstairs. And nice staff!

It’s about 2-3 blocks from Montgomery Station. It’s is a business area so there is not a lot of places to eat after 7pm that is walkable. But what sets this apart is the staff at the front desk/ door area. They are amazing. The staff answered all our questions. They let us store our bags for several hours since our flight was delayed without any issues.

We found the hotel location to be idea. Park the car and walk. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean rooms. The only negative was the bathroom was ver pay small.

The hotel staff were wonderful. It was a great location, easy parking and walking. They have a great cocktail hour. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property close to Embarcadero, BART, Union Square, etc. Sometimes boutique hotels can be iffy, this was very clean, comfortable and the staff was great.
