Very nice space in our suite and my wife loved having her own bathroom. Furnishings could use an update. Restaurant.com $100 “freebie” coupon useless. Would have value if it could be used at the hotel’s 26th floor. Long waits at the two elevators not a positive. Too bad your Front Desk doesn’t havre cash on hand as the livelihood of your service team suffers. When I have to ask your bell staff or the taxi driver for change it should embarrass your company! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay to attend the US Open and may be back.

Our family typically comes to NYC every summer for 4-5 days. This year we spent 4 nights at The Manhattan Club and we all agreed that this is where we want to stay in the future. The suite set-up was perfect for our family and the location was great because we could easily access the subway or walk to so many great attractions and restaurants. We didn't have too much interaction with the hotel staff; however, we did utilize bag storage upon our arrival and departure and the bell staff was fantastic.

i've stayed at this property many times and used to have a time share there years ago. This particular visit I was slightly disappointed with the suite I was in. the layout was awkward and the air conditioning did not get to various areas of the suite. The furniture was old and looked like second hand pieces. The suite was not as elegant as I have stayed in the past visits. I hope on my next booking in August I will be given a suite more to my liking.

Overall a great place to stay. Nice and close to the Lincoln tunnel (less in-city driving), very walk-able to many places and central to the subway. $35/night for parking was a win for us. I think the two biggest downsides were the 2 small elevators and the breakfast had a small selection and was expensive ($30/person).

Everything was wonderful. I was disappointed in the $100 restaurant voucher. It was a little misleading. I thought we could use it as a gift card to dine out but it’s a more complicated process and not actually easy to use. This was our second visit to Manhattan Club, and we were given a 20th floor, renovated room that had beautiful carpet, wallcovering, lighting and bedsheets. Elevators were quick, location is ideal, and lots of food and market options are nearby. The staff was super-friendly and helpful, and generous with coffee pods for their Keurig coffee makers.

Went with two friends to NYC for the weekend. Two friends shared the king bed and I used the sofa bed which was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great for three women. Was a 10 minute walk to the broadway show we saw and there were lots of great restaurant choices nearby.

Manhattan Club was a great place to stay in the heart of NYC. We were a little disappointed in the 100 dollar restaurant.com offer. We thought we could use it while in NYC for a nice dinner but it is only good for a few dollars each visit :) and there were not many options of places near the Manhattan Club anyway. Hopefully we can use it on other places near our home or future travel. I may not have purchased the Travelzoo deal if I knew what this was.

The first night, the room was unbearably hot. When I called the front desk, they said there was no a/c and suggested we open a window. They brought up a fan, but the room didn’t cool off below 75 (keeping in mind it was probably 40 degrees outside).
We ended up switching rooms the next day to a room that would get more breezes.
Overall, the rooms were just ok. A bit cramped, choppy floor plan, and a bit old/dated. The elevators took forever and the lobby was nothing impressive.

From the moment we pulled up and handed the car off to the valley, our stay was amazing. The staff was highly professional, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and well-lighted with modern decor. The bedding and pillows were super comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. Only one staff at the check in desk and I had to wait a long time to check in. My room was so old and broken furniture and you can hear people talking from next door. The windows were thin and you can hear the noises from outside, I was on the 22nd floor and I could hear the traffic from outside. There was a small sofa and a chair but they were very worn out and felt not comfortable to seat down on those. The location was great for me since I needed to go to The Carnegie Hall for a concert.

I love staying here. I would give it a 5 * all the way except the experience really depends on the room your assigned. Some of the suites are fabulous, others are nice but some are awful. On this trip we reserved a one bedroom and when we got there we were put in a small dingy room in a dark corner. Luckily I had been there before and loved the suite we were in so I knew there were better suites. Upon request I was moved to a more pleasant suite.
From there our stay was well worth the money. The location is fabulous. The staff is amazing!!! It was my husband’s birthday while we were there and they were very helpful in my surprising him with roses and to my surprise they left a bottle of wine and chocolates for him!!!

The room was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; the cleaning crew does an amazing job! The room was fairly dated and could definitely use an upgrade--if you're looking for luxury, you'll have to go elsewhere. However, it was a nice, clean room with very comfortable mattresses and a nice little kitchenette. The suite we stayed in had two bathrooms, which was really great for our needs. The location of TMC can't be beat--it's about two blocks to Central Park, 7-8 blocks to Times Square area and Rockefeller Center area (5th Avenue and all the good shopping). Lots of great restaurants close by as well as a fabulous Nordstrom!

It was an overnight for a birthday celebration so it was so easy to get in and around Broadway and dining
Excellent attentive service from every member of the staff from Adam greeting us with a warm smile right from the curb
