Overall, a wonderful experience. We had a problem with our room on first night (the door didn't lock so felt unsafe overnight). They moved us the next day to another room. The original room (low floor, back alley view) was consistent with a low cost for that level of hotel, as expected.

My adult daughter and I stayed one night. We were able to check in early to our room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not huge as expected for NYC but they were very clean and well appointed. We would absolutely come back and stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Great location. Great rooftop bar. We love the room. All the staff were so nice. They changed our room with little to no problem. So easy. I highly recommend this place and I cannot wait to go back.

Overall, it was a nice hotel but definitely didn’t feel like a true 5 star hotel. The perks were nice like the $40 restaurant credit- but even that had some qualms such as the fact that you couldn’t use it on the day of departure (such as for breakfast).

The shower is near impossible to turn on bc of the stationary glass enclosure. Room was clean, small ) i knew beforehand), SUPER location. Nice staff. bed was on a floor platform. Challenging to get in and out if you have knee or joint issues.--super low to floor.

We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and take in a show. It was very well located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were a bit oddly furnished and lit so the lack of closet space and desktop space wasn't ideal. But the overall experience was great and their in house cafe was lovely!

Small room but doable for 2 people. Concierge, front desk and bell hops very nice. Signage for front of hotel was so discreet you could miss the hotel. Great experience and lots of food choices on 57th. Very close to F Subway stop therefore convenient to Broadway and Bryant Park.

Nice hotel outside of the Times Square bustle but close enough to everything NY. Rooms are small add is the case in NYC but nicely appointed and comfortable. We were on the 27th floor and recommended an upper level room. Paris Cafe, accessible from the lobby was perfect for breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Went with my 8 year old daughter, she was exhausted after getting up at 4:30am, fallen asleep in the taxi from the airport. We arrived at the hotel around 11am, I thought they would not give us a room but they gladly did! Had a nice experience right off the bat.
The room was clean and chic; loved the gorgeous gold accented big bathroom.
Great amenities too, we had credits to try their food. We used it for room service and also went to their rooftop restaurant. Food was good, the ambient of the restaurant was really cute, and the service was great, just so attentive.
We didn’t get to use, but they also include free bicycle rental and museum visits, which I wish I took an advantage of if we had more time.
We had a good stay, and happy I found a great deal! Would go back again.

We had a great experience staying at the Le Meridien in NYC! It is very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Central Park and close to Midtown's Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and lots of restaurants.

Our room was nice-sized and had a good-sized bathroom, and we faced Central Park. Thanks to our booking through the Travel Zoo packaged offering, we received a $40 daily credit for dining, and the daily amenities fee for use of the gym was included. By the way the rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely, and we used it each morning we were there. Additionally, the gym was quite large considering it was a hotel gym.

I was able to get an early check in which was fabulous. The room next to us had a dog so there were a few barks, but other than that it was a quiet experience which helps balance the frenetic pace of NYC. The room wasn’t big, but I’ve been in much smaller (Citizen M I’m talking about you!). Thank you for the good deal travel zoo!
