Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Mondays–Thursdays during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. See voucher for specific booking instructions. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Spa Facilities, including Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and Spa Pool are accessible exclusively to Spa guests 18 years of age or older. Select Spa Treatments are available to Spa guests 16 years of age and older with parental supervision. Please inquire with the Spa for restrictions.
