Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Redeem starting April 30; valid daily through Oct. 11, 2025, during spa's operating hours (days vary by voucher). Appointments required; subject to availability. Call 480-627-3020 to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value; 20% is customary for good service. Limit one (1) purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Minimum age requirements may apply: must be 18 years of age or older.
