Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. Hotel cancellation and rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. First visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint! Beautiful grounds, nice pools, good food. Needs some updating but that is in the process now--major renovations have begun on rooms. Could be a bit noisy at times on one side of the property but did not affect our stay. Check in/room was a bit of a hassle--rooms not ready then when they were ready were not given ocean front like we booked. However, the manager at the desk took care of the issue immediately and moved us. Very professional and great customer service.

Depending when you come you should check to see what renovations will be happening because at some point restaurants and pools will be closed down. Right now only the rooms are being renovated in one of the buildings.

My niece and I came for the first time to Puerto Rico and really enjoyed the experience at the resort. The Ambiance and scenery was very beautiful and the staff was all very friendly. We loved our oceanfront room with the balcony as well.

From check until still. Now trying to straighten out charges that are STILL coming through a week after our departure. CHECK YOUR BILLS. Questions from the get go, upon arrival. They just don’t like Travelzoo vouchers so I don’t understand why they use them. You have to ask for and remind them DAILY what’s included in the voucher. The free parking and the dining credit. If you don’t you won’t get it. We couldn’t even charge to one of our rooms for three days - no one could figure it out. Bills were a mess, and still are. It definitely distracts from the experience when you have to fight for every little thing. These really weren’t $500 rooms. Average room with an amazing ocean and resort view but the room was average for a resort if this stature. Expecting it to be much nice than my last stay but it was the same room for around the same price from 4 years ago. The resort was nice, people were nice. Very very overpriced food and beverage. Chicago prices in Oueero Rico and the food was not amazing. Find the local restaurants and save 75%. Stop at grocer and bring your own snack and alcohol. Be prepared to pay another $88 per night per room for fees.

I had problem with the esepresso machine on the first morning and had to wait for the staff as is was about 6:30 am. This caused me to miss the 7am yoga class. They should have directions somewhere by it. I use a keurig coffee maker but this was different and temperamental. First water was coming out the bottom then the pod wouldn't come out so my daughter couldn't use it until staff came for a second time.

Wonderful, helpful staff at a gorgeous, immaculate hotel. I have nothing but great things to say about this resort! The beach was amazing! Staff there was awesome too! Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. And the grounds were kept so clean.
