One of the best 5 star hotels that offer everything a family with kids need. They have a pool, kids area, gym, buffet and the private lounge is what made this experience incredible.

Its elegant decor embraces detail touches, all with the guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind. This was the best experience of my life. I looked at moving to Thailand and buying a Bayan Tree residence. Ive never seen such a beautiful hotel.The people are so so kind. The room is spacious. We had a living room. Everything was amazing. We got the massages...worth it. Got room service. It was amazing.

Friendly, incredible staff. Very willing to assist in any way possible. Rooms have great views of surrounding area. Rooftop Moon Bar had a even better view, especially at night. Breakfast had a large variety of items. Again incredible service. Can't wait for the opportunity to go back again.

I reallllly enjoyed my stay HOWEVER there was so MUCH DRAMA with checking in and restoring my Travelzoo vouchers. I have used Travelzoo many times but could not understand why it was such a MASSIVE process in showing the vouchers 3 times - HOLY!
