Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, or once you've made your reservation, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation and rescheduling policy: This hotel does not accept cancellations once a reservation has been made. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests in a king room and 3 guests in a two-queen room. A third guest may be added to your reservation for an additional cost of $150 (must be requested at time of booking), available in Garden Suite only. This is an adults-only hotel. All guests must be at least 18 years of age.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A 16% government tax and 4% lodging tax are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. A service fee of 12% has been factored into the prices listed above. However, this will not be charged when you purchase your voucher(s). This will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
