Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Children 3 and under stay free of charge. Additional guests can stay for an additional €37 (approx. US$43) per person, per night; contact the hotel directly for more details. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests in a Junior Suite. For the upgraded rooms: maximum occupancy is 2 guests in an Exclusive Suite, 3 guests in a Premium Suite, and 5 guests in a Two Bedroom Suite or Deluxe Two Bedroom Villa.

Additional hotel-specific charges: VAT (value-added tax) is included in the price. For 2026 dates, a surcharge of €80 (approx. US$93) per night is included in the prices above; but will be paid directly to the hotel. A €2 climate tax per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
