The number of departures available at this discounted rate is limited, and dates may sell out; we highly recommend booking early to get your desired dates. Any unused Promotional Value will be forfeited upon checkout. Voucher(s) must be used in 1 visit. This package must be booked by Jan. 6. If you are unable to make a reservation by Jan. 6, the amount you paid for the voucher can be redeemed with Travel by Jen for a future trip.
Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days or once you make your reservation with Travel by Jen (whichever comes first), the voucher is nonrefundable.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation with Travel by Jen, vouchers are no longer refundable. Changes may be made to existing reservations but will be subject to change fees starting from $50 per person. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of Travel by Jen's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Price based on 2 guests traveling together.
Additional charges: A 13% government tax for the land portion, government-mandated car insurance (starting at $30 per day), shuttle boat between Bocas del Toro and Azul Paradise ($60 per person roundtrip for a shared transfer or $199 each way for a private transfer, organized through Travel by Jen at the time of booking), $10 border crossing fee per person
