My daughter and I had a wonderful day!

The only recommendation I would make is to make the massage rooms dark. It was harder to relax with the door open and the light.

Extreme amount of LOUD/EXCESSIVE talking by guests/staff. Disruptive to relaxation and experience. Spa etiquette should be more encouraged and enforced.

Incredible experience from the facilities to service yet disappointing due to unnecessary and disruptive loud noise.

We did find one of the managers to be very rude we came with a large group and at times some were talking a little loud in the steam sauna area because of the high ceilings it echos badly she didn’t ask in a polite way and was also rude when there was one extra person in our group in the cold plunge she rudely pointed out only 4 can be in, then she proceeded to stand in the room and stare at us all like we were a bunch of kids not women in our 50s. Was one of the more unprofessional behavior I’ve seen. She needs more customer service training

David is fantastic. I highly recommend him if you book a massage there. Plus, the treatment rooms are so wonderfully set up. They are the right temperature, have peaceful lighting and all the right products, and massage tables make you feel like royalty.

The facial attendant was very nice as well as the front receptionist staff. Steam room was also nice.

The roof top pool was unavailable and the outdoor jetted pool in tranquility area was out of service so there was only the inside hot tub which was very small and over crowded.. Then there was no hot water in showers and mold on shower walls and corners. Not good for this high end establishment!

The was an amazing experience from start to finish. Check in was wonderful and I received pleasant greetings from all staff members along with an unrushed tour of the facility. An added surprise was the well equipped gym which was not mentioned in the list of available services. There was a very peaceful center atrium where food and drinks were served. The strawberry lemonade was a nice bonus. The staff member working in at area was extremely responsive and focused on making me feel very comfortable. Downstairs, there was a calming outdoor area which included seating and a coed waterfall spa. In the men's locker area there was an excellent layout of amenities including a sauna, steam room, Swiss shower, eucalyptus inhalation room, cold plunge and hot tub. It allowed easy access for each amenity and the attendant did an excellent job of drying the floors next to the cold plunge and hot tub, as well as quickly clearing all used towels and robes. The massage rooms were numbered, very well laid out, and not a long walk from the relaxation area. I had Joy as my massage therapist and she was fantastic! She adjusted the pressure to my comfort and was very thorough in her technique. My only disappointment was that it was only a 60 minute massage. Next time I will definitely get 90 minutes...and there will definitely be a next time! I have have experienced a number of spas in the area and this one was the best. I highly recommend the Well & Being Spa and it is a great value for what you receive.

The rooftop spa pool was closed, but we were able to use other pools on the property, which was a very nice option.

Was an amazing day! My massage therapist Nicole was so good I would def go back. And our assistant Maria in the spa area was so sweet and helpful.

Our massage and facial were both wonderful experiences. The staff at the spa are so friendly and skilled at their craft. The facilities are well maintained and offer great variety (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge pool). We spent the rest of the afternoon lounging at the adults-only pool which capped off our day nicely. Will definitely return again and highly recommend this paradise in the desert.

We booked a "sisters spa day" with travelzoo vouchers and had the best time! What a wonderful way to spend with my 3 sisters.

One of my favorite spas! Has all amenities including whirlpool, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, warm waterfall pool, full gym, teas, coffee, trail mix snacks, etc. The treatments are very good too! Highly recommend!

This experience was easy to book and intuitive for someone who does use this service often. I appreciate that all of the necessary information goes straight to your email so you can coordinate with your vendors with ease and without worry.

I had a great experience at the Well & Being at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The staff was friendly upon arrival, the facilities were clean, and the massage service was great. I appreciate that the Princess works collaboratively with Travel Zoo to offer this wonderful opportunity. I am a returning customer!

This is a large beautiful resort. More seating is needed for popular areas at busier times - spa waiting room and adult only pools.

The spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess never disappoints! We did a girl's spa day and enjoyed ourselves as usual. We started our day with fitness classes and then proceeded to the swimming pool. Enjoyed lunch by the pool and headed back shortly after to use all the facilities offered at the spa. And really enjoyed our massages! This will always be one of our favorite resort spa!

Great experience, but very crowded

Massage was incredible but with rooftop pool closed was a little annoying going to other pool then having to return to spa with key (or be charged $75?!?!) . Also our 100$ meal in the atrium was just average at best. But spa gorgeous & thx DAN for phenomenal massage

The resort and spa are amazing. David gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. The staff were all so friendly and I’ve already bought more vouchers to return with my husband for his birthday.

From the moment you walk in you are papered I worked out in the brand new beautiful gym. Then enjoyed the amenities of a jacuzzi steam room & showed. Then went up to the rooftop pool for a swim and a bit of relaxing before getting a wonderful massage. It was amazing.

Perfect massage with Misty. Generally, a lovely spa that would benefit from consistent welcoming service at front desk. Also needs remodeling which it is slated for. And better spa pool service hours. Spa opens at 6; service for food and drinks at 11

Spa was lovely. Manager did not do anything with regard to customer service to make up for the early closure.

Spa hours were not as advertised so I could not use the wonderful amenities after my massage. The wine was not available bc the bar closed at 5. My massage was at 530. The spa closed at 7. I was told I could get a pool key & use the hotel pool in lieu of the spa, then after the massage I was told this was not possible. I asked to come and get my spa time and wine the next day since it was closed & was told that was impossible.
