The property is gorgeous. Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. My massage therapist did an incredible job and made me feel extremely relaxed. The outdoor facilities were beautiful. It was great to gaze at the grapevines while sunbathing. The eucalyptus in the steam room was overpowering - so we weren't able to enjoy that. We visited the Elusa vineyard which was amazing.

Great relaxing time. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have been wanting to go visit this hotel for awhile but found it to be a little pricey. Travel zoo gave me the opportunity to visit on a budget and now I want to go back.

We came in for a bachelorette weekend and it was such an amazing experience. The facilities were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was probably the most welcoming and friendly service I had ever received.

Beautiful and tranquil feel property/venue. Great massage service and staff even though the “mud bath” was not a mud bath, but rather a cup bod cream with a splash of rose mud. That part was disappointing. But otherwise great experience.

My was the name of the masseuse and she was excellent, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. The place is stunning. We went 2 hours prior to enjoy the hot tub, applying mud getting some sun, using the steam room and facilities. The place was not crowded, just 2-3 other people around outside and indoors. The waiting room for massage has light snacks, dried fruit and nuts, tea and water. The refreshing fruit infused water is available everywhere. I went with my sister and daughter; we all were pleased with our massages and the entire experience.

AMAZING- great massage from Katie, enjoyed the hot tub, first time mud treatment, the complimentary bottle of wine in room was OUTSTANDING! Wish I remembered what it was! Also enjoyed sitting by the pool and and the delicious guacamole and Bocce Ball! Thanks for a great day

Loved every minute. Perhaps the best massage I’ve ever had.

The mud product was too strong for my skin. I broke out with hives. The steam room was set too high. One of the showers was out of order. Aside from these I enjoyed my visit.

Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

Beautiful setting. And amazing massage by Melissa. Less than attentive service otherwise. Overall, not the attention to detail that I would expect from a Four Seasons resort.

Beautiful property and one of the best massages I have ever had….

My friend and I wanted a day to unplug. It was the perfect experience. We had the entire spa to ourselves. The location was stunning, staff was kind, service was excellent.

It was very nice to see my name on my locker. It made me feel welcomed in that moment. I liked that we could freely move about the spa after the massage, But a tour would have been nice. During checkout she offered to validate my parking.

When making the reservation we were told our experience would start at 9. we were on track to arrive 15 minutes early. there was no signage to say Four Seasons and only a small driveway with an address marker. At first sight, it did not look like a Four Seasons peread. We called they gave us instructions yet their directions were not correct and took us on a back road behind the resort. So we called again entered the driveway and followed a sign that said "spa" with an arrow. We followed the sign, parked and walked to the buildings and there was no spa. We had to get back in the car and drive up the road further towards registration and the vallet showed us where the spa was. Very bad signage. Upon arriving, I was asked to fill out the form that I already filled out online. We were then provided a tour of the downstairs and taken to our lockers where one of the lockers were locked. No one came and got me. So I had to go walk to the front desk in my bathrobe and ask where I was supposed to go. I felt abandoned and left behind. She said I needed to go upstairs for my appointment and that I needed to hurry because I was late. The massuse met me, brought me inside the room and asked me what area of my body I could pass on for my massage due to the lack of time remaining. I just wanted to relax. Have a nice massage. So I asked him to do my shoulders, neck and arms, I did not want to waste any more time. Then he said not my fault. I said no it was the girls downstairs. The massage was nice, but he started with my arms. Then my back and hit my shoulders an neck in the last 4 minutes. And that is where I asked him specifically to work. So I was pretty disappointed. I had a 25 minute massage because the front desk team is disorganized and there is a lack of signage on the property. There should have been a handler to walk to take us up to our massages, as we did not know what to do or were to go. We knew that there was mudbaths somewhere. And we never would have found them unless another custodeclined their treatment and we overheard them. It would be nice if after the massage that someone gave you a full tour of the facility. So you know where everything is located. There was also some sort of steam chairs outside that. I never got to experience because I did not. It was a spa experience. I saw these once I was preparing to leave. During checkout we were informed. We had a 20% tip that was required. I was very grateful. I did not tip the masseuse directly because it was not clear. There was a 20% tip requirement. which was an additional approximately $40 for a 25 minute massage. At Vallet after a 10 minute wait. I had to go inside and ask for someone to bring me my car and the lady checked my information and said someone will be right with me. about another 5 minutes later. Someone came out and asked me all the same information all over again about my car and said he'd be back with my car. It seems that there is a consistent lack of communication, customer service and organization. This was definitely not worth the money as it was such a disappointment.

Experience was 5 star. Massage was stellar. And the property is immaculate. Although it rained, the hot tub was still available and a nice contrast against the cold raindrops. The steam room was steamy.

The spa front desk and valet staff were very slow and disorganized. The massage itself was nice.

It was a beautiful day, the pampering was excellent!

The experience was pleasant and relaxing. It seemed that the staff was working out a few kinks (possibly with the travel zoo promotion?) but overall my husband and I enjoyed ourselves.

I wish I was able to purchase the salt scrub I was given instead of the mud bath. The salt scrub was amazing!

Service was unprofessional. Staff did not seem knowledgeable, helpful or particularly friendly. When we checked in, we were not given a tour of the spa, so we had no idea where anything was. The locker room was so tiny and cramped, and there were only two showers for a huge space. Everyone in there was complaining about it. Nothing had been restocked from the days before. Spa was out of towels, hot water for tea, snacks, everything. Steam room didn’t work. We had to go out 4x to ask them to reset it and get it fixed. Inconsistent experiences: my 3 friends were offered aromatherapy for their massages and I was not made aware that was an option. We were not told or reminded about what was included in our spa package and we had to go and ask repeatedly for the champagne and mud. Check out was long and tedious and confusing — staff seemed confused about the voucher numbers and PINs and it took forever.

What is included & offered was complete opposite of what we got. Lack of staff, steam room inoperable, nothing was filled- towels, water dispenser empty, mud bath consisted of a cup of salt & oil rub on wash off shared area with other guests, had to ask for menu, had to ask for complimentary champagne, what botanical garden? No signs on any doors let alone on the road or address sign (odd). Not impressed given the reputation all other Four Seasons have. Katie the massage therapist was awesome.

Unfortunately there was construction happening during my massage! No one knew anything about it and couldn’t pinpoint its location. This seems pretty basic.

Had a wonderful experience at the Spa at the Four Seasons. The booking process for my friend and I was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. My facial was fantastic... as was the glass of champagne afterwards. The sun & mud treatment was a lot of fun to experience. I can't wait to return!

The staff upon check in were not welcoming. The person in the group that had a facial said it was basically rubbing lotion on her face. Not at all what was expected. No neck massage etc… massages on the group were good. We had to reorder our food 2X and it came out cold. The check out process was difficult to say the least. They charged me the tip for the massage on the entire voucher. I feel I should have been asked. The steam room wasn’t functioning and when asked they never returned to give us an update. Several of the products in the bathroom were either empty or almost empty. They said they called for our car to be brought around and it never showed up. Waited 20 min then finally asked another attendant who returned with our car in 3 minutes. No towels out my the pool and had to wait approx 15 min for them to be brought out. Lastly it took 2 hrs to get a Diet Coke!

The facial was not good. I was very disappointed in the service of it.
