Great Stay-Cay I'm local. Great masseur, steam, jacuzzi, great pool for laps. I wish I lived closer but still go every month + deal w traffic!!

Nice massage nice ambiance. Pool is TOO COLD. For ritz carlton stature the pool should absolutely be heated I don't understand what's wrong with them it's really not fair for the guests also people were complaining about the temperature of the pool they might consider turning it up that might be a nice thing to do

Staff was great and very helpful. The pool was a perfect addition after the awesome massage by Sarah. We did notice that the facilities for changing and cleaning up for the treatment seems a bit subpar for the rest of the facility. The amenities in the Women's lounge were missing some items, the showers were not working well ( tiles looked old and dirty and the shower heads were broken in one shower), and there was not an attendant around to inform.
