We have not been able to go yet so the review is based off our previous experience and our disappointing attempt to make an appointment.

This is the 3rd year I have purchased this voucher. We made an appointment for December 30 (just like the last two years) and they said it is a black out week and they would charge us an extra $30. There is nothing on the voucher about an entire block out week. It just says holidays. The 30 is not a holiday.

We went in January and it was very nice. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool later because there was a storm. But the massage and foot bath were very nice and the facilities were excellent. Very relaxing and would go back again. it is popular though, so you have to schedule ahead.
