Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. My husband and I truly enjoyed our massages. Kathy and Vanessa , our therapist were awesome. The service was great and the location is beautiful. A glass of sparkling wine post massage was a nice touch.

Mai was an amazing therapist. I truly enjoyed my facial. Amenities are OK. The steam room needs a deep clean — has a mildew scent.

It's gorgeous, the restaurant is fabulous, the spa menu salad was great, the staff is all very friendly.

the massage was fantastic, the facial was horrible (cold hands, no steam, and barely touched my face, i could scrape off product when i was finished). Not the level of service you'd expect from a Four Seasons. The common room was not serviced frequently so there was cups and plates at all times on the tables, and the steam room smelled moldy. They offered a 20% off my next facial to which i have not received, but i doubt i would use it so i'm not following up.

Michael was an excellently masseuse. I should have exercised in the fitness room first, then mud facial, then steam, massage, steam to get my money’s worth otherwise it’s too expensive and fat from the Bay Area. Still lovely!

The property is gorgeous. Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. My massage therapist did an incredible job and made me feel extremely relaxed. The outdoor facilities were beautiful. It was great to gaze at the grapevines while sunbathing. The eucalyptus in the steam room was overpowering - so we weren't able to enjoy that. We visited the Elusa vineyard which was amazing.
