Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. Valid for 1 person. Must use in 1 visit. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Must be 18 years of age or older. Cannot combine with other offers. Guests are not permitted to bring food and beverages into the spa. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor each guest experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment.
