Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. The lodge is old but cute and quaint, especially this time of year as they prepare for their holiday event. We loved our dinner in the restaurant and listening to music in the lounge- especially on Tuesday night! The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, quite helpful, and professional. We loved our stay!

Everything about Cambria Pines Lodge is exceptional, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to great breakfast with a variety of choices, to delicious dinners and wine. Live entertainment in the lounge is a bonus. The rooms are always clean, the beds super comfy with abundant pillows and fluffy towels. All the staff have always been helpful and friendly.

People with mobility issues need to know that the lodges have steps down or up. Not sure if the cottages have the same issue. Double queen room was freshly painted, okay bed, linens were mediocre, furniture nice enough. Bathroom hasn't been remodeled in 20 years and needs it - old shower, weak water pressure and a terrible shower head, old floors, cabinets, etc. Definitely needs a redo. Biggest problem was the room was very dark and three small lamps did nothing to illuminate things. So easy to make a room light and for those who want darker, they can use a dimmer. Food quite good both for breakfast and dinner. However, this Travelzoo voucher was a good deal for what we got and we appreciated that.

From the ad photos, I had thought that the Lodge was located more-or-less adjacent to the beach. Not so. However, due to the elevated location, we had nice sunny fall weather rather than the fog near the beach. Cambria Pines Lodge has great potential but the facilities are badly in need of updating. The meals were okay but not as good as they could be. Enjoyed the evening entertainment in the lodge. The staff was efficient and friendly.

To amplify, our duplex cabin is in need of updating (and some repair). The shower, designed for wheelchair access (which we do not need), needs work and improved design. Bathroom needs a place to hang your clothing. The large room needs a larger television than what is provided. The patio, with two chairs, needs a small table. Our exterior entry light needs replacement/repair. I felt that the carpet could use a thorough cleaning. As indicated above, the facilities offer great potential that is not being realized. The staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. The guitarist/singer in the lounge was quite talented and entertaining. The meals were okay.
