Excellent vacation. Ease of travel with travelzoo was exceptional. Drinks and food was all a little pricey but thats because we typically do all inclusive but food, drinks, service was all wonderful and would definitely go again.

From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. The grounds are lush, cottage/room is huge with an outdoor shower. This resort is a serene, private and a romantic paradise. Ti Kaye is located on the quiet part of St. Lucia far from the bustling north side of the island. It is a secluded natural paradise right on the ocean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the three restaurants serve wonderful food. The included continental breakfast buffet has a large selection of pastries, fruits and yogurt. If you’re craving something else, you can always order from the breakfast menu. For an additional charge, Ti Kaye provides transportation to and from the airport as well as sightseeing tours throughout the island.

Our reception was terrible. The lady was rude and made us stand in the rain to talk. A covered area was 10 feet away. She offered us drinks that I thought were complimentary and then charged us. She rattled things off in a monotone and then was miffed when I said I didn't understand. When I used the ladies room, the lotion dispenser sprayed lotion all down my front. I had lotion in my hair! I complained to the manager the next day.

The resort is nice and remote. It’s the perfect place if you just looking to relax and not do much of anything. There are some excursions that you can do for a price. Given that the resort is so remote and nothing is within walking distance, it would be ideal if they had a late night option for food. The rooms are nice and there are NO TVs. The shower is outdoors and well covered. The bathrooms could stand to have some sort of ventilation because it gets hot in there. We enjoyed the resort and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Surprise anniversary getaway with my spouse. Ti Kaye was beautiful and relaxed, with awesome food and great ambiance! The resort staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the bungalows overlooking the inlet and beach area. We got a couples massage which was expertly done. The snorkeling off of the beach was incredible, the best I've had anywhere including Tahiti.
Be advised that the resort is about a 90 minute ride from the international airport, and the road into the resort is extremely rough. There is no "off resort" option that doesn't involve getting a ride, it is far too long a walk unless you are an adventurous hiker!

Ti Kaye is paradise in “real life.” The beauty of the property is breathtaking. The flowers, tropical plants, birds, frogs, and little lizards add to the ambience. Lovely Oceanside resort with large comfortable cottages. Ours had a private plunge pool and adjacent double lounge chair, and also a lovely double hammock on the porch looking out at the ocean. The staff is very kind and helpful and the resort is totally clean. The food and drinks are delicious and it’s really nice that there is a spa for massages and a dive shop on site. The sand is brownish gray so that was a little disappointing and getting down to the beach was via a steep staircase. There was a funicular to help with this but it wasn’t in service so getting down to the beach and back up took a bit of effort. Big tourist boats with many swimmers and snorkelers came each day in the early afternoon so there were times that the beach got quite crowded.

Things started going wrong from when we stepped foot outside. First, the private transfer we requested ended up being with another couple for the 90 minute ride to the hotel.
Then when we arrived at our room, we discovered the safe was not functioning. The front desk said that there was no one around to fix it that night. To their credit, they did get it fixed by the next day, but we could not really leave the room until they did it, because we did not want to leave valuables out of the safe.
Next, the showers. It seems the tank only holds enough hot water for about a 2-3 minute shower, after that the water turns tepid. This is unacceptable. If you're in a resort, you should be able to indulge in a hot shower for longer than 2 minutes. When informed about this, the staff said they would increase the maximum temperature, but this does not really solve the problem and I told them that. There has been no follow up to date.
3rd, room service. I ordered food to the room on the first night, and called them to please remove the tray before we go to bed, so that we would not be exposed to animals coming to feed on our leftovers. This request was ignored. We were woken early in the morning by birds feasting on the dishes, and the tray was not taken for hours after.
Finally, the pillows in the room are dismal. They are cotton filled and hard. It was not a good night for sleep.

The boutique experience of this resort has been fabulous. Amazing staff - willing to help w everything, friendly, gracious- cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Accommodations were amazing, very private, never had to fight to get a chair at the pools.
