1.            TRAVELZOO’S APPROACH FOR FORMER MEMBERS

As stated in the email notifications previously sent by your Former Membership Service, the Former Membership Service ceased operating in the United States on March 12, 2021. In connection with this cessation of operations, Travelzoo® (“Travelzoo” or the “Company”) has taken over the servicing of your membership. The privacy policies of Travelzoo and the Former Membership Service are substantially similar and there should not be any material change to how your personal data will be collected, stored, processed, transferred, shared and used by Travelzoo. However, because privacy protection is so important to us and we are committed to protecting you and respecting your privacy, Travelzoo will honor this privacy policy of the Former Membership Service (this “Privacy Policy”) for all former members and therefore, in the case of any conflict between the Travelzoo Privacy Policy and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy will hold.

The website (www.travelzoo.com) (“site”) and mobile application (“app”) (collectively, our “Services”) that are now linked to this privacy policy are operated by Travelzoo and its subsidiaries, including licensees ("we", “our”, or "us").
