You can cancel the auto-renewal of your membership in the My Account online or by contacting our Member Services team. The membership will then expire at the end of your 12-month membership period and you will still have access to all benefits until the end of the membership.

Do you offer family or household memberships?
Memberships are currently individual. However, you may choose to have only one membership account per family or household. That membership can be used to purchase Club Offers that you enjoy together. However, we recommend that all family members keep their Top 20® subscriptions under their individual emails. You can still view most offers. To purchase Club Offers, you need to use the paid membership account.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my membership?

If, within the first 14 days of your membership, you find that you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team.
