did not like the $52 self park

I called to confirm reservation however hotel staff didn't know about Travelzoo deal so I called customer service to inquire. I received a detailed explanation phone call and email from Travelzoo customer service a couple days prior to arrival that everything was in place. Everything went fantastic upon check in as they knew all the perks of the Travelzoo package. Excellent deal and great weekend. Thank you.

From start to finish this was the place to be...just start walking and just start riding bikes and it's all good. DANA POINT has a magical history. We appreciate and are grateful!! Thank you all!!!

It was a first-class experience. The hotel is wonderful. Unfortunately, I went during the rainstorm so I didn't get to do much. But would definitely go back

When I arrived the only parking they had was Valet at 46 a night…I would not had booked this had I known that fact. Also your ad for this read 20 a day credited back for food and beverage but it was 20 total and not per night/day Finally while dining at hotel restaurant I ordered their filet mignon steak, the 8 ounce, and I got charged for 8 but my steak was definitely a 6 ounce and to my disappointment they do not offer Bernaise sauce for steaks tho they have very expensive steak on menu.

Spent a night here to celebrate our anniversary & really enjoyed our time.

Location, common area facilities. I just wouldn’t book through Travelzoo and would go directly through hotel .

Booking through Travelzoo !We were given what I can guess is “the Travelzoo room” - next to the elevator , across from the ice water machine view of the hvac system. It was the loudest room I have ever stayed at and heard the bell of the elevator and the mechanics of it going all night long . I also didn’t appreciate the $52 self park fee

We had a one day vacation. One of the best we have had. Staff from valet, front desk, bar, restaurant we super friendly, professional and eager to please. One of the best staffs of any star hotel we have ever stayed.
