This is a terrific hotel. The pool and hot tub, the gorgeous setting, the comfort of the room, the location, and the kindness of the staff made this a great stay.

From checking in, to the room to checking out, it was an easy and awesome experience. Alex, working the front desk was so amazing and helpful with hiking recommendations to restaurant recommendations.

Our first time visiting Zion. The location was perfect and convenient. The restaurant was good. I used the spa and got a massage. Amber the massager was terrific.

The resort was/is very clean. The rooms were comfy and welcoming.

Room I stayed was old and nothing patio. Nothing like Travel Zoo’s pictured. I called the concierge prior my arrival and never get a hold of her!

We loved staying at this hotel for its location to the park, and location to the town of Springdale itself. Loved the Thai restaurant across the street, and the Park House Cafe for breakfast. Delicious food for appropriate prices. Was not a fan of the very overpriced mediocre restaurant available at the hotel We were directed to a table and waited for someone to acknowledge us. Finally after fifteen minutes we were brought water. One wait person said we weren’t her table, “but I guess I’ll take your order” and after ordering received my dish prior to my husbands, and by the time his arrived to the table, I was done with my dinner. When his steak arrived, it was cut up into stew sized pieces of mediocre beef. Both meals were grossly overpriced for what we received. Would recommend the hotel, but not the restaurant.

The property is in Zion Canyon right on the river. Absolutely gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view! Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
