The hotel is lovely and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to our needs

The swimming pool was lovely and the facilities were good especially the free parking and our room was nice.

A very enjoyable weekend stay at a prime location in Falmouth with the nearest beach only a stones throw away. The selection and quality of food was exceptional both at dinner and breakfast. Staff were courteous but not over familiar. The only disappointment was not receiving the complimentary bottle of house wine included in the package. That aside, we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the hotel.

Excellent value and location helpful staff

The location

We were given probably the smallest room at the end of the corridor overlooking the back of the hotel. Felt like we were only Travelzoo so it didn’t matter . We were given the table nearest the door for breakfast and dinner so again felt we were only travelzoo. We had booked 2 offers so were there for 4 days and unfortunately the menu didn’t change. The meals were far too big and lacked any vegetables so no colour and no vegetarian option.

A marvellous experience, a luxury break at a reasonable price

My husband & I had a wonderful time. It was our 2nd visit & we both had a wonderful time.

The meals were excellent & also the staff. The views were fantastic from the hotel restaurant.

Very welcoming. The staff were lovely and attentive. Wish we'd had longer to explore the area but the weather was good and the lounges were comfortable with lovely views.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights. The hotel is very well kept and the staff are excellent. Superb package including cream tea on arrival, bottle of house wine on arrival and dinner on both nights. Will definitely look to go there again.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The meals were good but the portions were a bit too big for me (not a criticism mind). Unfortunately, there were no rooms available at the TravelZoo price so I had to pay for a room upgrade so perhaps the offer was not as good as I had expected. Still, the hotel provided a very nice experience for me and my wife and I would go back there.

Lovely hotel with fabulous views over the sea from the terrace and dining room. The room was small but adequate, I guess as we had a special offer it was probably their worst room, with a view over the fire escape. However it was clean and comfortable. The food was very good and all the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The pool area is excellent very relaxing and the pool lovely and warm.

They were very helpful and let us change the dates we'd booked when I called as my husband had to have some urgent tests.
