*Dependent upon party size, Tier B guests will be seated in the North and South upper terraces, the West terrace (upper and mezzanine levels), or on high level tables in the South balcony and North balcony. Tier A seats are on the ground floor (Courtyard), the North and South terraces, the West terrace (upper and lower levels), or on high level tables in the beach bar area (seats depend on group size). Alcohol-free options of drinks are available. Tier C tables have the highest level of restrictions due to large support pillars and elements of the "Mamma Mia! The Party" set. Depending on group size you will be seated on the South balcony, South terrace (lower and upper levels) and the beach bar area. These tables have restricted views. Doors open at 6:30pm for a brisk 7pm start. Vouchers are limited and may therefore sell out. Restrictions may apply. Under-18s will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian. The minimum age of admission is 5 years. No flash photography or filming is allowed. The photos displayed are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the package. Groups of more than two must purchase in the same transaction to ensure your group is seated together. This may not be on the same table, but we will accommodate that wherever possible. Tables cannot be changed and will be assigned after you purchase your voucher.

Once you've booked your package, it is non-refundable and a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will apply. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you may cancel without paying a cancellation fee in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination that significantly affect the performance of the package. You may transfer your booking to another person by giving us reasonable notice before the date of the event. Additional charges may apply to cover any costs incurred by us in making the change.
The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the UK Package Travel & Linked Travel Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and Travelzoo (Europe) Limited is the organiser within the meaning of the Regulations. Therefore, you will benefit from all rights applying to packages under the Regulation and Travelzoo (Europe) Limited will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. In accordance with the UK Package Travel & Linked Travel Regulations 2018 all passengers booking with Travelzoo (Europe) Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies received by us, including repatriation costs and arrangements, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Travelzoo (Europe) Limited.
There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips or single elements, and none is provided.
Travelzoo (Europe) Limited has taken out an insurance provided by International Passenger Protection Ltd (IPP) with Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE (LMIE) trading as Liberty Specialty Markets, a member of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. LMIE's registered office: 5-7 rue Leon Laval, L-3372, Leudelange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Registered Number B232280 (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés). LMIE is a European public limited liability company and is supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances and licensed by the Luxembourg Minister of Finance as an insurance and reinsurance company. This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to Travelzoo (Europe) Limited.
