Itinerary
On arrival to Kathmandu, you'll be greeted at the airport and whisked to your hotel. The following morning you'll embark on a sightseeing tour in and around the city. Admire the gilded spires of the ancient Swayambhunath Stupa. It is one of the holiest Buddhist shrines in the world. See the UNESCO-protected Durbar Square, where once kings were crowned. Admire ornate prayer wheels at the Boudhanath Stupa, another major spiritual landmark.

Next, you'll travel to the Chitwan National Park. These lush forests, marsh- and grasslands are home to tigers, leopards, and rhinos. It is "one of the best national parks for viewing wildlife in Asia" (Lonely Planet). Go on a safari on land and river, and take a nature walk to spot exotic birds. You'll also learn about the Tharu community during a village visit.

Continue to Pokhara, a quaint town surrounded by beautiful scenery at Phewa Lake. Visit the Gurkha Museum, Devi's Fall, and the Seti River Gorge. You'll have leisure time to explore the old bazaar or see a cave temple.

Spend an overnight in Bandipur, a beautifully preserved village crowning a lofty ridge. With its 18th-century architecture and charming cafes, it has a distinctive European feel. Then, on to Nagarkot, considered by many as a top spot for stunning Himalayan views.

Your private adventure will conclude in Kathmandu. You'll get to enjoy Nepalese flavours and traditional dances on your last night.
