Itinerary
Start your private adventure in the country's largest city, Johannesburg. Once settled at your 5-star hotel, you'll go on a guided city tour. See Mandela's last residence, Constitution Hill, the markets and street art in Newton, and more.
Next, your chauffeur will drive you through scenic landscapes, with regular stops enroute to Hazyview. Your deluxe resort has five pools, a tranquil spa, and an 18-hole golf course. It's less than 20 minutes' by car from the gates to the Kruger National Park. The reserve is "one of the world's greatest wildlife-watching destinations" (Lonely Planet).
You'll go on a safari with an open 4x4 vehicle and an expert tracker. This vast wilderness is home to the Big Five. There's a good chance to spot lions, buffalos, elephants, leopards, or elusive rhinos.
Your journey will continue with a flight to Cape Town. This city dazzles with its rich cultural diversity and world-class food and wine scene. See the Bo-Kaap district, the V&A Waterfront, and a diamond-cutting workshop on a guided tour. You'll also take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain for awe-inspiring views.
A day trip to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve is also covered. See a thriving seal colony on a boat excursion, and African penguins at Boulders Beach. With four nights in town, you'll have ample time for activities at your own leisure. We recommend a visit to Robben Island, or the charming towns in the Cape Winelands.
Other options
Add three nights visiting the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, from an extra £849 per person. Flights, all ground transportation, and deluxe accommodation with daily breakfast are included. So are a guided tour of the falls, and a sunset river cruise on the Zambezi River.
Transfers & baggage
Private airport transfers and checked baggage are both included.
