Hotel details
Minos Imperial Luxury Beach Resort & Spa is a 5-star resort right on the beach. It's on the island's northeast coast between the villages of Sissi and Milatos. It boasts five swimming pools, a lazy river, and an aquapark for kids. A children's club is open six days a week for guests aged 4–12. Join classes including yoga, Pilates, and aqua aerobics. Or, party at theme nights including Cuban and Arabian.
The main buffet restaurant often has live show cooking. Expect souvlaki, kalimari, gyros, and more, with stations changing daily. You can dine four times per stay at the other restaurants. You could feast on BBQ food served on the beach at On the Rocks. Alternatively, sample traditional Cretan specialities or try out the Italian deli. There's also a French bistro, but this isn't included in the package.
Guests have exclusive access to two private white-sand beaches at either side of the hotel. Each is packed with sunloungers, and one has a beach bar. Follow the pathway from the beach to the traditional village of Milatos. Here, you can wander whitewashed alleyways and linger in family-owned tavernas.
