Check in was quick and easy. Executive double room was spotless and well equipped. Also quiet, being at the rear /side of the building.
Staff always very helpful. We ate in the bar/restaurant on the first night, where the menu is large and should suit every taste. The food and drink was very good and reasonably priced.
We chose the Rembrandt on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed, especially with the convenient location in an up market area of South Kensington, with a good choice of bars and restaurants plus the Underground within around a seven minute walk.
Further afield one finds Harrods and other well know shops (10 minutes walk) and a little further Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The Hotel is especially convenient for the V & A Museum (directly opposite) plus the Science Museum and Natural History Museum.
Other Comments
Breakfast choices were more than adequate - being of buffet style. Dining room staff were efficient at clearing tables and helpful. The only improvement I would like to see is for hot drinks to be served by staff; eg pots of tea or cups of coffee brought to the table. One realises that this may be difficult, given the large number of covers, but is would add a measure of satisfaction.

I can’t fault it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room spacious, well equipped and with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was good ( although they need to swap to Stornaway black pudding as theirs was not a good taste !)
