Can't book in advance and when we got to the lounge it was full with passengers who had paid via usual and who therefore had confirmed reservations. There was a long list of people ahead of on a waiting list with the receptionist in the lounge who had also expected to get in using a Lounge Key pass.

I could not use LoungeKey as I was told by the Lounge staff that the QR code was invalid. Not only one lounge said it was invalid but the other lounge also said the same. Both two lounges were on the list.

We used this pass at Manchester Airport/ We were there just as the lounge opened, 4am. Whilst there was plenty of choice for breakfast, the plates were stone cold which obviously made the food god cold quickly. A lot of the tables had reserved signs on them which were either from the previous day or for later that day. Much more relaxing than the general airport complex. Would use again if offer was available

The food was notrocias, We went to Aspire at Heathrow T3, they only served breakfasts and plates were small side plates with kids size fork and knives.
The bacon was burnt and all the food was very low quality.
Only a few drinks and low quality spirits were available. We only spent half an hour there and regretted the money spent on this type if so called lounge...

I had a problem in getting access as what was downloaded was not correct. The lounge manager spent at least 15 minutes helping me to get the correct download to allow access and I was so grateful for his help. It was s poor start to the experience.

It was not made clear that you could not book the lounge in advance. In fact, for the lounge I wanted, it was recommended that you do book. When I rang Travelzoo to complain I was a told I has to ring the supplier myself to try to get my money back. As far as I'm concerned, Travelzoo was my supplier and it should have been their responsibility to refund me. I will not be using Travezoo again or recommending them to anyone.

The lounge itself didn’t feel relaxing. Dirty plates and glasses were sat around for long periods without being cleared, there was only one member of staff working on the bar so there was always a queue, the self service juices had all run out and weren’t topped up and the lounge generally felt chaotic and under staffed. Not good value for money.
