The restaurant is part of the Doubletree by Hilton at Cadbury House. Nestled in the rolling North Somerset countryside, it enjoys views across the Bristol Channel.
Enjoy a traditional Sunday roast, served with all the trimmings, including roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. You can pick from pork, chicken, beef, lamb, or vegetarian and vegan options.
You'll also get a starter and a dessert, with classics like sticky toffee pudding on the menu.

I emailed twice in advance to request no butter and no cheese on sandwiches. I confirmed this on arrival with the receptionist. When asked by the waiter if I had dietary requirements, I said “yes, no butter and no cheese.” I was very disappointed when my tea arrived (in a teapot with a MUG) and we were served FIVE finger sandwiches between us. One small one with smoked salmon and cream cheese, two cumber with butter, one ham with butter, one beef with butter. It was laughable. Were we meant to eat half a finger sandwich each? What happened to the no butter and no cheese that had been requested numerous times? After pointing this out we were eventually given a new set of sandwiches which included one of each flavour each and a teacup.

Be careful if you plan to use the carpark below - it’s not very spacious for modern vehicles.

Service was bit slow to start. Food was ok apart from my steak was cold and so we're the sauces.
I was compensated for the cold steak with a free dessert. Staff were brilliant, Hannah Sophie and Lewis.

Ordered pescatarian, waitress confirmed pescatarian, we were served meat sandwiches. They took it back to kitchen and returned with more meat sandwiches! No apology. Finally got boring non meat sandwiches ie egg and cream cheese. Cars were very sweet and cheap tasting. All in all bad experience. Windows were so dirty we couldn’t really see the view, which would have been lovely.

Was some confusion about what was included in voucher, all staff kept saying, it's a new voucher, they're not used to it..? a bit weird, but once established what was included, it was fine. Pity they don't have Redbush tea on the menu of different teas. Was good that we could select which of the different sandwich options we would like, so could skip salmon and mustard and horseradish sauce in sandwich. The carrot cake wasn't nice, but unfortunately there were too much and we didn't even get to the last chocolate cake in the selection, which I bet would've been lovely. Nice scone and cream. First pot of tea was a bit cold, but second one much hotter.
Only other gripe, the music was like being in a nightclub, not an elegant restaurant - they need to rethink that.

At first they quibbled voucher, though T&Cs said nothing about specific days/dates, so in the end they honored it thankfully. Food is great as always, but it's insanely expensive. We added starters and dessert off the menu to the voucher meal and ended up paying an additional £50 which is a bit extortionate. The music wasn't conducive to a relaxing atmosphere, more like a night club, so they can do with changing that. Also, they don't have enough alcohol free options, like alcohol free sparkling wine, ended up swapping the red wine from voucher with mocktail, but then the one I ordered they didn't have the ingredients for, so ended up with something else, I didn't really fancy, but was best next option available. Otherwise great.

At first I was told that I couldn't use the voucher, it wasn't on their list. I persevered and they checked and it was. Initially it was hard to find someone who could deal with us, there was no one in the restaurant and I waited quite a long time before it was sorted. It was a special occasion and I wanted it to be seamless, not hanging around in an empty restaurant. When someone began to seat and serve us, it was excellent.
