Booking was not easy. Nobody answers phone so you leave a message and nobody returns call. A couple of emails before replies were received then booking done via emails going to and fro which took a couple of days. Just answering phone or returning calls would make it so much easier and quicker. We did enjoy However enjoy our half day spa and the treatments were lovely.

The sandwich in the bar was very poor -no Cucumber with tuna. Young lad simply took it away and brought back half eaten with tuna put in. Yuk!

Overall excellent package - the treatments were great - the only fault was the lockers did not work and the steam room was far too hot to use. The spa might also like to update their snacks to healthier options

The beds around the pool were uncomfortable. They were slatted wood without any cushion. Parkingeye sent me a parking charge a week later although I had registered my car number plate. This problem was solved for me by a Radisson Hub manager however it had caused me some consternation. I would only recommend or visit this venue if the pool beds were improved as relaxing around the pool is a large part of a spa day experience.

One redeeming feature was the reception staff, they made you feel very welcome but alas it was downhill after that.

Sorry not a good review :-( 1st impression - Changing rooms are small, more than 4 people and its difficult to manouver. They need updating, ceiling tiles missing and toilet accessories either missing or hanging off walls. Shower was not clean and tiles had mould in the grout. I was shown into a small room to await therapist where the massage chairs were either not working or loud, sorry not relaxing at all. Therapist was polite but did not ask about skin type or skin routine or enlighten me to what products were being used. Back massage was ok but the facial was dissapointing and after the cleansing routine I still had lipstick on at the end. The pool area was crowded and noisy and there were no seats available to relax after a swim. I decided to leave at that point and put the whole experience behind me.
