We had a facial and Chloe the therapist was exceptional. The gym facilities were average and so was the pool. Overall a nice, relaxing day.

Really enjoyed it, lovely place easy to find just off A1. Huge pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Hot stones massage was amazing the therapist was so good. Afternoon tea delicious. Great value would definitely recommend and return.

Easy to book this spa day - very helpful gentleman on spa reception. When we arrived we were hoping for a coffee / tea cake / scone / croisaant but unfortunately we were unable to have anything to eat as there was nothing available. The changing rooms were basic , no shampoo / conditioner or body wash in the showers and filmsy curtains dividing them from the small chnaging area. The showeers / drains were quite smelly which was a shame - but the hairdryer and hair straighteners were a nice addition. No spare towels for showering / hair Pool area was warm, pleasant and not too busy. Afternoon tea was good , tasty sandwiches - 5 choices , delicious scones and small cakes. The hot stone back massage was so relaxing - and Chloe very friendly and professional. We loved our day in The Barn Spa - and would return - thank you

Treatment and food were lovely. Very helpful staff. Its a bit tired looking in pool area my chair kept falling to bits. But it was very good value for money

Friendly staff but under pressure at the registration time as it seems that several people were booked in at the same time. Limited instructions as to what we could do and expect due to the numbers of people about at the same time. The massage and the masseur were excellent, recommend Chloe. The changing rooms required some tlc and the showers were poorly maintained as were the lockers. The afternoon tea was very good and once again the service was very good.

If you are visiting the spa it is best to park at the rear of the hotel as that is where the entrance is.

Every member of staff friendly and helpful. Tea was superb with every element spot on. Massage treatment was excellent and everyone made us feel very welcome.
