Couldn't fault it. Obviously the voucher doesn't cover everything, and required additional expenditure of £60 for wine, service charge and sides, but the service was A1. Friendly, without being intrusive, polite and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and the food more than met our expectations.

I can't remember the waiters name, but he is from Sicily and I would like to personally say that he made our visit ever so enjoyable. He's a credit to your hotel/restaurant.

The two ladies in our party visited the restroom together, as ladies do, and were surprised that there were two male attendants in there who made no attempt to apologise or leave. I’m sure most people would find this unacceptable.

I visited the Corinthia with my daughter as we both celebrate our birthday in November. Booking was easy over the phone with a very pleasant staff. Upon arrival, from the front door, to reception to the waiters, all smiles and pleasant. There was no waiting around to be seated. The dining area was clean and beautifully presented with ambient lighting. Staff, again, I must stress, were some of the best that I have experienced; they were so professional, polite, all smiles, they made the experience at the Conrithia Northall amazing. The food was well prepared and delicious. We were not left wanting when it came to our drinks either. This was money well spent. I look forward to visiting again and have been telling everyone I know to visit.

When first looking at the menu I felt the main courses were very similar to our local pub which was disappointing. But once we tasted the food it was much better, as I would expect. Overall excellent but maybe a little more creativity in the choice of main courses would be my recommendation

Went to The Northall restaurant at the Corinthia Hotel for my partners birthday. Excellent meal and service and unlike many restaurants, we were not rushed (which we like). Would definitely go back.

The restaurant was very busy and we had what we thought was a perfectly acceptable wait between starter and main course. However, the staff told us that because we waited longer for our main than necessary, we could have a speciality coffee on the house with or after our desert. A nice touch considering we did not at all mind the wait.

We went for lunch and absolutely loved the experience.
From the moment we entered we were very well looked after, Andrea and Mattia guided us through the menu and wines.
Food and presentation was excellent, portion sizes were good we were just a little disappointed with dessert, the cheesecake was a little bland and there was hardly any pear in my partners choice.
Overall it is a fantastic experience and we will be back again next year.

We had a really nice time and the staff were exceptional. We had a number of people looking after our table.
We ordered our food which was lovely and some of us had the steak which was nice although 2 out of the 4 of us couldn't eat it as it was so over cooked. one had the lamb but wasn't offered any sides or provided the opportunity to order any.
We ordered wine for the table to which it was slow to get it topped up. When we were given the bill we asked for the wine to be topped up to which she said it's finished and started taking the glasses away and she wasn't particularly polite. We asked another member of staff and he said no you haven't finished it.. and there was still half a bottle which was about £78 a bottle... Disappointing for such a lovely restaurant. We also didn't get asked if we'd like to upgrade to a dessert on the day..otherwise we had a lovely evening.
