Brilliant lunch, attentive staff, fabulous music, a perfect Sunday.

It was fantastic. The jazz lunch is great to attend and the food and service is amazing. It was for a group lunch and everyone loved the music and the singer was great - would definitely go again

Stephen Triffit was as good as ever as Frank Sinatra.

Had a great experience at Boisdale. The staff was very attentive, the music was excellent and the food was amazing. I would recommend and use again.

Getting in the correct lift is the biggest problem!

The main course was not very nice, the Yorkshire pudding was strange. Roast potatoes were dry and over-baked and the vegetables were overcooked and water logged, when I mentioned this to member of staff, they nodded and walked off.

Entering the venue was theatre itself. We opted to take the stairs but the door was locked, the first lift only went down, the second lift went up, but had a blank 2nd floor button, third time lucky we got a lift both going up and stopping on the second floor. Exiting the lift we weren't sure if we were entering a knocking shop or fairground, with deep reds and even deeper carpets and the walls adorned with bendy mirrors. Reception was courteous and efficient but on entering the dining area the music was loud, really good but loud. We were shown to a table near the front where any communication with each other was impossible and just ordering was difficult. Starters menu was excellent with a good range of options. I had Whitebait with Caper Mayonaise, a great combination with good sized whitebait. My wife had Smoked Salmon, again very nice. For main I had Roast Pork, as long as the roast potatoes are good, you can't really go wrong, and the potatoes were excellent, the plate only slightly let down by overcooked and soggy veg. My wife had Buttermilk Chicken, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Desert was something of a let down, Cheesecake with a soggy bottom and both desserts looking like they were fresh from a Bookers delivery. Though the 1st two courses were good with the service and entertainment fantastic, we would be hard pushed to visit again and pay the real menu prices.

It was an excellent Sunday Lunch with Jazz. The meal was leisurely and we were not rushed. The particular Jazz that was on thst Sunday was very enjoyable.

A very good deal, which we’ve purchased a few times. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with friends.

The waiter was fantastic. Great sense of humour and very efficient. Not sure of his name but he said he was from Israel.

Lovely food and great ambience and entertainment .Staff fantastic.

A very enjoyable experience with great live music but somewhat spoiled by a minimalist, stingy salmon starter with which they were, apparently, unable to provide any bread, and being charged £15 for an Irish Coffee and £9.50 for their cheapest glass of wine - clear profiteering on the drinks. So, the meal was reasonable value but the drinks definitely were not.

My wife and I attended Boisdale at Canary Wharf as part of a Travelzoo deal last April and enjoyed it tremendously, so I suggested we purchase the same deal for our Walking Group this winter. I purchased sufficient deal vouchers for 9 people, and we enjoyed a walk around Canary Wharf to view the sculptures and modern art before our Sunday lunch. On arrival there was an issue at Reception. Despite me emailing the Reception back at the end of November, they had failed to record our booking as I had omitted the PIN numbers in that original email (I had followed up on the 1st Dec with a phone call in which I reported all PIN numbers, but I suspect this was not matched with our booking!). The young lady on Reception was not phased and did not panic, but instead rapidly arranged for 4 additional tables to be laid out for us in one of the extension rooms off the main restaurant floor, and we were settled in there within minutes. We all enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal and drinks (good value wine given London prices!), and a tremendous show from the "Rat Pack" performers. All agreed that we would return again!

See comments above about booking issue. My email off the 1st Dec 2023 (from steveshieluk@outlook.com) included all the voucher numbers. I then called later that same evening to advise the PIN numbers for such, but these do not seem to have been married-up with the voucher numbers, so the booking was never confirmed? Fortunately, the VERY professional young lady on Reception arranged extra tables to eb laid out for us, so we weren't turned away! Please thank her again on our behalf, we were VERY grateful!

It was a friend’s birthday and we all enjoyed the Boisdale experience. Whilst the musicians were absolutely great, it was rather loud where we were seated and we struggled to hear each other a little. Otherwise everything was first class, Thank You.

Booking was easy via email. The restaurant was a bit tricky to find as it is on the 2nd floor of a shopping centre. The welcome was friendly as were the staff. The food was excellent and the jazz band were very good. The 3 course lunch menu was 39.50 which was very good value for money. The drinks weren't included but they were standard London prices. There was a 13.5% discretionary tip added to the bill which was fine as the service was good albeit a little slow but we weren't in a rush so it was no problem. Definitely recommend.

Great afternoon

The food was exceptional. The music was great. Drinks were very expensive as was the service charge. We were overcharged at the end by over £100! However, we did query, & this was rectified, but someone else may have missed the charge

It was a ladies lunch for a pre birthday celebration

Boisdale wanted the pin numbers that comes with the Travelzoo booking however, I did not have them to hand and it took a long time to retrieve them from my phone and having to hunt to find them was a chore so my suggestion would be ensure that anyone booking is reminded to have their pin number from the booking with them, as they will need it before the the bill is requested.

Great venue, good music, nice food, loved it and will return.

It was a delight to eat lunch with a live jazz accompaniment. The food was hearty, Sunday, fare and the overall atmosphere and experience excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will certainly return!
