The seven of us really enjoyed the experience of Shanghai Noir. The staff were very attentive & helpful with a friendly smile. The food was amazing, a very generous portion. My husband was wasn’t going to join us because he doesn’t like Chinese food. Shanghai Noir has certainly changed his mind. Thank you to the chef for a superb meal & all the staff for their smiley faces.

The staff were attentive, friendly and very polite. The restaurant was located downstairs in a beautifully appointed room; great ambience and cool background music. My wife and I both had different items but all were served hot with lovely presentations. Everything was plentiful and delicious. A truly great meal.

The restaurant was where the Westminster Fire Station used to be so very central with good transport links. The entrance is nice and the restaurant is downstairs as there is another restaurant upstairs. The atmosphere is nice, area was clean and attentive waiters. The deal was great- 3 course and a drink and good value for money although the drinks menu was a little pricey. The food was excellent. Tasty, good variety, very good positions and well presented. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
