Due to a female-only policy at the spa on Tuesdays, males must use the voucher on an alternative day. A maximum of six people per group. Treatments can be taken simultaneously — this must be requested at time of booking, This treatment is only suitable for those aged 18-60. Not suitable during pregnancy or for people with high blood pressure or skin diseases. No bicycles, scooters, or any professional equipment should be brought to the spa. Please bring swimwear and moisturiser. Towel hire is not included; you can either bring your own or hire from the spa at a cost of £3 for one towel or £5 for two. Anti-slip footwear will be provided (must be worn at all times). Must be used in one visit. Additional vouchers may also be purchased as gifts. Cannot be combined with any other offer. My booking was for a 90 minutes treatment. The experience lasted 70 minutes including 8 -10 minutes spent showering. Masque treatment spoiled my bikini. No tea or coffee offered.

Wonderful treatment that exceeded my expectations. I would love to do this every month. Helpful and friendly staff and location is easy to find and central.

Wish the receptionist had advised to bring along footwear (flip flops), swimwear and towels. A shower cap or swim cap necessary to prevent hair from getting wet, but then again there’s a hair salon on ground floor.

My friend and I had a pleasant and relaxing hammam experience. We had a male and female therapist for us two females, and although I think this should have been communicated before we were changed, it wasn't an issue for us and they took precautions to ensure our privacy was respected. It's a bit on the no-frills side, but all in all, we left relaxed and squeaky clean, and would recommend this venue for the price.
