Bit chaotic because it was so busy but enjoyable trip, shame about the weather as we couldn't appreciate the lovely countryside. Grandchildren enjoyed the model railways before and after the trip which seemed to go very quickly

Promptness in getting back to us. Couldn’t rate last three categories as cannot use voucher wanted to go on 30 th September but no availability, very disappointing.
