With the Hovercraft Experience you'll learn how the craft works with a demonstration. You'll also get unique photo opportunities and a guided tour from the pilot. What's Included
- The Hovercraft Experience for one adult (aged 16–59) which includes:
- Demonstration of the unique manoeuvrability of hovercraft*
- Expert commentary from the hovercraft pilot
- Guided tour by the pilot around the outside of the hovercraft
- Opportunity to take photos onboard and outside
- A certificate will be provided as a memento of your Hover Experience Flight

The experience takes place on select Wednesdays and Saturdays. Choose one of the following 2025 dates:
- 6, 12, 16, 19 April
- 3, 28 May
- 28 June
- 2, 5, 9, 15, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30 July
- 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 27, 30 August 2025
- 25, 29 October
- 1 November
- Child (age 5–15) vouchers are £28; children under five can travel for free
- All experiences start at the Southsea terminal at 2:20pm and return there
- You can join the experience from Ryde at 2:05pm however the experience won't start until passengers have been collected from Southsea. If you join from Ryde then after the experience you will return to Ryde on the 3:15pm from Southsea
