Impressive hotel. Nice surroundings. Good welcome. Afternoon tea was very good. The only issue which spoiled the experience was the waiting time. Almost one hour from arrival to receiving the food. Tea was supplied after approx 30 minutes . Prosecco a few minutes later. By the time the food arrived we had drunk all the tea. Venue appeared busy but no reason or apology was provided. We could also over hear other customers complaining about the waiting time.

Very little choice of cakes. Just carrot cake, dry chocolate tart and a few macaroons. The scone was not freshly made or warm. The sandwiches were very large but tasty.
We were the only couple having the tea in the room so it lacked atmosphere

It was incredibly busy probably due to the fact that voucher and Wowcher voucher were due to expire. We had to find a table ourselves and wait for it to be cleared. Service (in particular Megan) was friendly and efficient despite being so busy. Food was fresh and delicious and an extra pot of tea provided when requested.

The staff accommodated our dietary needs without any problems and were happy and friendly.
The room was very funky, all decorated in an Alice in Wonderland theme which we hadn’t realised but non the less we all enjoyed it and the food was great. Too much food for our elderly parents but the staff were more than happy to give us take away boxes so the food was not wasted.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea and they catered for my dietary requirements without any problems. Everything was freshly made and the setting was lovely. After our tea we went for a long walk via the footpath at the castle into Studley as it was sunny and warm. A perfect afternoon.

We booked an afternoon tea. It was for a special occasion and the staff were very caring. They were aware of our occasion and made it extra special for us with a Gold Balloon at the table. The tea was excellent. Adriana the manager looked after us herself despite the cafeteria she was also looking after being extremely busy. It was good to be in a small room with just a few tables. Excellent all round

The whole experience was perfect. We were greeted well and shown to our table. There were five of us, so we asked for the prosecco initially. We later asked for the afternoon tea and later the tea/coffee. We were not rushed and nothing seemed too much trouble. The whole experience was wonderful. Some of the party, this was their first visit but I do not think it will be their last.

We enjoyed our cream tea, and the walk we did around the grounds and footpaths around Littlecote House. Cream tea, including sandwiches, scone and cakes was very nice, with glass of Prosecco and pot of tea and coffee. Most of all we enjoyed being served by Joyce, who was in charge. Good conversations and lots of laughs. We'd go back just for that.

A good afternoon tea with a glass of prosecco. The only downside was that the room was very cold. Main heating wasn't working, fire not being used with the only heat coming from some small fan heaters.
