  • Eve's Bar & Lounge has panoramic views of the Broads. It's a great spot for a cream tea, a pre-dinner drink, or a bar snack.

Bathroom outdated. Had separate shower cubicle but only high shower head so forced to wet hair; there was a bath with shower hand attachment but no screen or curtain to contain the water. A simple shower curtain would have sufficed. Otherwise room was a fantastic size and all very clean. Bed comfy too!

Very clean & comfortable dog friendly room . Meals were perfect, staff very friendly & helpful. Backs into Oulten Broads so great for walking.

Firstly we were particular about our room and they changed it without a murmur. The weather was very cold and they made the new room beautifully warm straight away and it stayed like that. A big thanks for that. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Meals were served in a lovely spacious barn type building. Breakfasts were excellent. The 2 dinners were satisfactory and we had a nice drink in the bar before dinner.

It was an excellent location for us being on the edge of Carlton Marshes which provides wonderful walking on a multitude of very well laid out foot paths and run by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust and with a great centre with cafe. Would go again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large room. Be aware that rooms were away from the restaurant so coats and umbrellas needed and no high heels!
