This was a ladies reunion, we had a most enjoyable afternoon chatting and reminiscing about old times, and the hotel is riht by Colwall station so no driving either!

Really Warm welcome, nicely laid out table on arrival. Staff were really attentive and the Prosecco was wonderfully refreshing. The food from the sandwiches to the wonderful scones and cakes were perfect. All rounded off with nice Tea / Coffee. A really relaxed afternoon.

Very average afternoon tea, scones tasted weird and the cream from a plastic individual sachet didn’t taste great and may even have been out of date. My husband was sick as soon as we got home although I was fine.

The afternoon tea was lovely - too much food, but we were able to take our leftovers home. The ambience was very flat! We asked to have the music on when we were the only table left - it didn't happen. I think it would have been better to have had our tea in the bar where there was a better atmosphere.

Good hotel, large car park, great location, nice ambiance inside, sandwiches were brilliant, and so as the tea, but we both thought that the scones were on the small side, compared to the amount of clotted cream we were given, and also the little cakes were far too sweet for us both, but overall, we would go back and enjoy another one.

Afternoon tea with 11 friends to celebrate 80th birthday. Beautiful picture wall of the Malvern Hills as backdrop to private room that provided the perfect setting for the afternoon tea. Everything was of a very high standard and I couldn't ask for more.
