Head chef Luke Tipping is widely regarded as one of Birmingham's best chefs. He has been at the helm of Simpsons Restaurant for more than 25 years.
Often cited as one of the best eateries in the city, it's a foodie favourite. It's held a Michelin star since 2000, and also has three AA Rosettes.
Peta names the establishment one of the UK's top ten restaurants for plant-based dining.

The restaurant blends Scandi style housed in a Grade-II listed Georgian villa. There are windows into the kitchen so diners can watch the chefs in action.
