The treatments. The staff working in the spa and the ambience in the spa rooms.

1 lunch was not the 1 ordered. When the correct lunch was made it was very small the other diner had finished theirs. The food was not value for money
Too few loungers by the pool.

Difficult to reach spa reception direct, always diverted to hotel’s national central reservations who were
less knowledgeable and unable to accommodate any requests.
Lunch really poor:service slow even though menu had to be preordered; menu choices poor and uninspiring and food not good when arrived. We were surrounded by dirty uncleared tables… not a great ambience for a spa day and not really a spa lunch when served on other side of hotel requiring guests to be in day clothes so cut short visit.
Treatments nothing special, certainly not top notch as described and felt hurried. When compared notes with companion, different facial treatment experiences.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was busy around the pool which left us with no where to sit, eventually extra chair were found. The facilities are good and the treatments were great. Overall an enjoyable day

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was busy around the pool which left us nowhere to sit. Luckily a group of ladies offered to share their beds so we could share the spares. The staff did eventually find a few extra chairs. They have a policy of only one towel. This is difficult when you’re there all day, you are required to take the towel to lunch as if left on the beds they are cleared away. Having taken our wet towels with us none of those left behind had been cleared. It caused irritation and spoiled an otherwise enjoyable day

Not enough seating around pool. Told we were too early, but arrived at 11.30, treatments at 3, so within our 4 hour use of facilities. Lunch very disappointing.
