Lovely day. Shame about the £40 extra on weekends as I work in the week so quite unfair. Nevertheless, we had a great time. Great facilities and enjoyed the lunch - brownie was to die for! Full of chocolate and really delicious. The only thing I would say is the doors on the steam room and the sauna were extremely loud everytime anyone went in or out. Totally ruining the otherwise beautifully relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely go back if this was fixed.

All very basic. Reception staff not welcoming and no directions or advice. We arrived late due to traffic and were made to feel very guilty.

Both Vikki and Leah were excellent therapists, tailoring the treatments to my needs. I told Vikki it was one, if not the best facial I'd had. No tugging at the delicate skin under my eyes and being very gentle.

The food was excellent, the Tomato and Basil soup especially tasty. Very good value.

Great treatments (thank you Nicky) and very good lunch. Relaxation areas were cold but steam room and sauna were good. Robes and towels provided. Customers should be made aware at time of booking that the pool may not be available at certain times due to aqua class or children’s swim session. We were only informed in a ‘courtesy’ call the day before. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would go back as it was good value for money.

I was welcomed at reception where a friendly staff member explained what I needed to know about my visit. The pool, steam room and sauna were excellent and there were plenty of loungers around the pool. The heated ceramic loungers between the steam room and sauna were especially welcome. The massage treatment, carried out by a very professional masseuse in a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment, was ideal for smoothing away tensions. The three course lunch was first class, helped by a child glass of Prosecco. Overall, a most enjoyable day

Resort is tucked away from the main roads but very well signposted. There's plenty of car parking and the staff are very friendly and helpful
