Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. The staff are wonderful. Travelzoo guests had to stay in the Elgar extension - you might as well have been in a Premier inn. So, I upgraded for £20 per night, amazing room. The food is very basic, no chef involved, just cooks, but fairly edible.

overnight stay in Elgar room, lovely big bed and amazing views over malvern hills, nice and peaceful, super help yourself hot buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, thoroughly reccomend and would stay again.

Everything was fab, staff happy helpful, communal areas modern, relaxing and comfortable and welcoming, room great , huge bed , bar, food and breakfast excellent. Very hilly town , struggled a bit with dodgy knees.

Dining experience was perfect. Very quiet but the food amazing and best Gluten Free experience I have had staying at The Abbey. Nothing was too my trouble for dining staff at dinner and breakfast. Thank you Abbey Hotel we will be back
