Staff were really good. Location great.
Other Comments
No heating on in bedrooms or corridors. Room needed refurbishing, old dark wood marked furniture. Sink had a big crack in it. Not enough power points. No bread rolls at breakfast, only one coffee machine working, so big queues. One lift out of order, not good when you’re elderly and on the 3rd floor!

Only complaint is you have to queue to make yr own tea/coffee at breakfast. This is not a good change.

Friendly and helpful staff . Good size sea view room . Excellent breakfast .
A downside for staying guests trying to sleep was several parties with loud music at the hotel on a Saturday night till midnight. Saturday nights are probably best avoided , worth checking with the hotel in advance if they have any party bookings .
