  • The property was once the harbour master's house. Wander around the port to admire colourful boats bobbing in the harbour. You can hit the traditional amusement arcades and try your luck on the 2p machines.
  • The South West Coast Path passes right by the front door of the Harbour View. It's a 25-minute walk along the path to Berry Head Nature Reserve and Lighthouse.
  • The Golden Hind Museum is five minutes' walk away. Discover the full-sized replica of the Sir Francis Drake's 16th-century ship.

All very enjoyable and booking a harbour-facing room was well worth it.

Room was small but comfortable; building is agreeably quirky. Parking is a bit of a walk up/down from the harbour, so luggage un/loading can be a bit awkward.

The bedroom was very small and a bit shabby and the bathroom was across the hallway, the stairs were very steep and anyone with a mobility problem would have had difficulty accessing this room

Superb location, overlooking the harbour. Staff very welcoming and friendly, to both us, and our little dog, Betty. Comfortable room with fabulous view. Breakfast very good, even a sausage for Betty.

Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Bedroom was cold at times when the heating wasn’t working. Windows were very old and one wouldn’t close.

One of the best Travelzoo deals we have had. Cannot recommend Harbour View highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for Barry, very dog friendly (as majority of pubs and restaurants in Brixham seem to be), super breakfast, lovely accommodation.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good view of the harbour. Lovely breakfast with superb pastries. We enjoyed our stay and best of all - it is dog friendly.

Lovely location and great room (King size ) with a view of the harbour. It was also useful being able to book parking in the harbour, although the bays are a bit of a challenge to park in as quite compact. The self check in worked well too.

Nice hotel , but no parking near hotel , spaces are available at a cost , but wouldn’t be suitable if you had mobility problems., as it is a walk away.
