- The cottages are part of a holiday resort in the coastal town of Seaview. They are a 2-minute walk from Seaview Duver beach.
- Premier Two-Bedroom Cottages have an open-plan living and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, and decking with a patio table and parasol. They're recommended for families of two adults and two children.
- Some cottages have views of Hersey Nature Reserve. A walking and birdwatching destination, it is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
- Ryde is 10 minutes' drive, or a 40-minute walk, along the seafront. Its large sandy beach has views of the Solent and the English Channel. The shopping streets are lined with independent stores, restaurants and cafés.
- The scenic 68-mile Isle of Wight coastal path covers the entire circumference of the island. The section of the path that connects East Cowes and Ryde is a short stroll from the hotel.
