We had a wonderful overnight stay and also booked a spa treatment which was a lovely treat and included Afternoon tea. Would definitely go back.

All the staff were very helpful. The rooms, the pool, the bars and breakfast were excellent.
The exception was the dinner menu and prices which were of poor quality and taste. I had a dinner inclusive deal and had this had not been the case I would have gone elsewhere.

After experiencing a poor start as the room was freezing cold and had a strange odour the staff quickly sorted it out and upgraded us and the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. Will definitely look to coming again

Room freezing. Moved to a lower grade room but at least it was warm . The evening meal was so awful we couldn't eat it and we ate out at a nearby pub on the 2nd night.
