Hotel set in beautiful countryside making it perfect for a quiet nights sleep and relaxing stay. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices on offer, evening meal from a special deal menu was limited but very nice. Staff were all friendly and sorted out any requests. Spa was a nice bonus for a couple of hours chilling although some items needed repair or maintenance.

The service throughout our two night stay was excellent. The staff were very courteous and caring. We will certainly consider staying there again. It is also conveniently only 15 miles or so away from one of our grandchildrn.

Beautiful grounds with lovely views from many parts of hotel. The rooms are basic, a little dated and not very well thought out with some little snags. The bed was latge and comfortable. The meal that included was plentiful and pleasant and was excellent value for the money. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty in all sections. The spa was modern with an excellent view, but also suffered some technical issues. The bowling was a lovely little extra. The hotel staff although mainly friendly and helpful, did not look happy. All that aside, you would struggle to find a better value package anywhere in the UkI believe.

Really enjoyed our visit - Spa was lovely and enjoyed bowling too. Breakfast was lovely as was our evening meal. Weather wasn’t our friend but im sure a lively walk in the vicinity would have been enjoyable

The spa, thermal suite was the only thing with few issues. It was fairly clean and tidy, but there were several things that were out of order, the Mediterranean sauna and the infrared sauna were not working, which was a shame

An excellent deal from Travelzoo which gave myself and my partner a chance to revisit an area that I used to live in. The hotel is quite large, set in beautiful surroundings, with a really picturesque and challenging golf course.
Rooms were great, all staff very helpful.
Facilities good. My only comment would be that the dining area lacked any ambience. I appreciate it is large and suits weddings, events, corporate hospitality, but s smaller bistro type area would be lovely, something a little more intimate.

The location is incredibly beautiful their rooms are quiet BUT they are soulless and no pictures, the decor is soooo bland. I know about interior design and they have not had any help - not a pattern or a nice calming colour felt “prison-like” not luxury. Just a few little splashes of design and colour would help plus a mini fridge please and fresh milk. Sadly I was unwell during my stay but my friend enjoyed your walk around the grounds and her spa and massage experience. I want to return to have the full experience !

My daughter and I enjoyed our brief stay, and felt very welcomed by Marion on Reception.
Dinner was enjoyable. Breakfast was a little disappointing, although we understand that when there aren’t very many guests it’s necessary to reduce options to avoid waste. Our 1/2 hour in the Spa area was calm

We would have appreciated a small map to enable us to have a walk around the spacious grounds. Unfortunately we didn’t find our way down to a lake, although being able to see it from the dining room.

As always easy to take advantage of this offer with travelzoo, contact with the hotel was smooth and trouble free booking process so easy with reception staff Marion.Hotel is in an idyllic location with a fantastic setting our bedroom was fairly spacious and the facilities excellent food very good and well presented so all in all a most enjoyable short break in particular with the 2 hour spa facility usage.

A beautiful setting, with a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy and had all that we needed. All the staff were friendly and polite. The 2 course menu was varied and the food was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to go again and would highly recommend it.

Great location with stunning scenery. The hotel itself is underwhelming, very bland and slightly dated interiors. Has a lot of potential but sense lack of investment or creative input from owners and management. Staff pleasant, especially in the spa., The dinner was very tasty but the service was disorganised with guests being served the wrong meals due to a computer issue.

Even though this hotel is in the beautiful countryside, it is close to lovely sightseeing towns such as Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.

This is a very corporate team building type hotel without much atmosphere but the location is excellent, it’s quiet and the views are stunning.
The staff were all so helpful and friendly, we had a really nice stay and would definitely return.

Very accomodating staff. Great rooms with views across lakes and golf course. Food was superb. Enjoyed the spa though one room was out of order. More explanation required re the spa needed. No heating in our room but they found an oil filled radiator. No hairdryer in room.

We had an amazing time and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Food and service was excellent. The spa was great but one or two things were broken like the handle on the dry sauna. One of the dry sauna was out of order. This did not spoil our spa time, we still had a great time.

I went away with my sister, her granddaughter and my granddaughter. We had an excellent time and enjoyed the spa experience. The set menu was limited and we were not offered an alternative choice by paying extra from the main menu. The food was OK. There was only one member of staff on duty for breakfast and the hot water and coffee run out and also there were not clean cups and so had to use paper cups.

I felt the charge of £10 for the use of a robe within the spa was a bit excessive and felt it could have been a refundable deposit.
